Q. How do I cancel my Platinum subscription?
A. The easiest way to cancel your subscriptions is by going to the email account you registered with and searching for "Your subscription with CubeBuilders". There you'll find a cancellation link. You can instead go to the Tebex customer support page and cancel from there. If you have any issues, contact us at support@cubebuilders.net.

Q. What's your refund policy?
A. We will issue refunds for up to 14 days after a package has been purchased. Please contact our support team at support@cubebuilders.net if you feel you may be eligible for a refund.

Q. If I buy Bronze, will I have to pay full price for Silver?
A. No, you'll pay the difference in price between Bronze and Silver. Don't worry about upgrading between ranks costing more!

Q. Where can I find the link to buy Platinum?
A. If you have Gold, in the Ranks dropdown menu, you'll see a category called Platinum. Go there to access Platinum!
